Ever since I can remember I've always had a passion for baking...
Since I was little I loved to help my mother when she was baking a cake, and soon enough I was the one doing all the baking for all the family reunions and special occasions. Knowing my love for baking my uncle Luis introduced me to this wonderful world of cake decorating when he got me a "Wilton Cookie Decorating Kit" from one of his trips; it was a Christmas edition and it came with a book and baking sheets that had Christmas figures embedded on them and bags of colorful sprinkles. I'll never forget it; I would use them every Christmas, and they've always remain very special to me.
My Graphic Design background & the patience and attention to detail have helped me in this pursue of doing what I love. I studied Graphic Design because I've always have a great ability to draw and create new things; but life had other plans for me and made me follow another path. Now several years later I’m having the opportunity to combine my life's true passions the Art of Drawing and the Art of Cake Decorating. That's why I've decide to pursue this dream of mine for Cake decorating. Although I must admit there are times when it can drive me crazy! for the most part it fills me with joy and it's a very relaxing and most of all a rewarding experience for me.
Thanks to all my family and friends which had help me and encouraged me to finally pursue my dreams...
